PR-1930 - CONSENT TO SERVE AS TRUSTEE (INFORMAL ADMINISTRATION AND FORMAL ADMINISTRATION). This form is used in Wisconsin probate proceedings when an individual agrees to act as a trustee for a trust created under a decedent's will. By signing this form, the trustee formally consents to serve and pledges to fulfill their duties according to the terms of the trust and Wisconsin law. The trustee also agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the court for any legal matters related to the trust. If the trustee is not a Wisconsin resident, the form provides for the appointment of a resident agent to accept service of process within the state.
