Description

PR-1910 - PETITION FOR FINAL JUDGMENT (FORMAL ADMINISTRATION). This form is used in Wisconsin probate court proceedings when the personal representative of an estate is ready to close the administration. It allows the personal representative to request that the court review and approve the final account of the estate, confirm that all debts, taxes, funeral expenses, and administrative costs have been properly paid, and determine the rightful heirs or beneficiaries. The form also addresses any property interests the decedent may have held outside of the estate, such as life estates, joint tenancy property, or property passing by non-testamentary transfer. By filing this petition, the personal representative asks the court to issue a final judgment that distributes the remaining assets of the estate according to law, terminates any of the decedent’s property interests, certifies survivorship rights, and confirms any petitions filed by a surviving spouse or designated beneficiaries. §§859.47, 862.09, 862.15, and 863.25, Wisconsin Statutes. www.FormsWorkflow.com
