Description

PR-1845 - PROOF OF WILL (FORMAL ADMINISTRATION). This form is used in the Wisconsin Circuit Court to verify the validity of a decedent’s last will and testament during formal probate proceedings. This form must be completed and signed by one of the attesting witnesses, confirming that the testator voluntarily executed the will while of sound mind and free from undue influence.
