Description

PR-1814 - ESTATE ACCOUNT (INFORMAL ADMINISTRATION AND FORMAL ADMINISTRATION). This form is used in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court for the purpose of reporting the financial activity and status of a decedent’s estate during probate proceedings, under either informal or formal administration. It may be filed as an interim, final, or supplemental estate account. The personal representative or special administrator completes this form to provide a detailed account of all receipts and disbursements made on behalf of the estate from the date of death (or the date of the last estate account) to a specified closing date. It includes a summary of income, added property, debts paid, taxes, administration expenses, distributions to heirs or beneficiaries, and the value of remaining assets. This accounting ensures transparency and compliance with probate requirements. The form also requires listing all interested persons, such as heirs and beneficiaries, and schedules supporting the reported financial details. It must be filed under oath, affirming that all information is accurate and complete. §§862.01, 862.05, 862.07, 862.11 and 865.16(1)(c), Wisconsin Statutes. www.FormsWorkflow.com
