PCT/ISA/225, INVITATION TO FURNISH NUCLEOTIDE AND/OR AMINO ACID SEQUENCE LISTING AND TO PAY, WHERE APPLICABLE, LATE FURNISHING FEE (PCT Rule 13ter.1(a) to (d) and Administrative Instructions, Section 208 and Annex C). This form is issued by the International Searching Authority (ISA) under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). The form is used to invite applicants to furnish nucleotide and/or amino acid sequence listings in electronic form and to pay the applicable fees, including a late filing fee, if necessary. The PCT/ISA/225 form is issued when the international application includes claims that relate to nucleotide and/or amino acid sequences, and the applicant has not furnished the sequence listing in electronic form with the international application. The form invites the applicant to furnish the sequence listing within a specified time limit and to pay any applicable fees.
