WC-15 - ATTORNEY CERTIFICATION FOR NO LIABILITY STIPULATIONS. This is a Georgia workers’ compensation form filed with the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation when an employee’s attorney submits or is associated with a no-liability stipulation. By completing this certification, the attorney affirms that any reimbursable expenses advanced to the client comply with Rule 1.8(e) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, Board Rule 108, and Board Rule 15, and that the attorney’s fee charged does not exceed the statutory 25% cap under O.C.G.A. § 34-9-108.
