STATE OF TENNESSEE TO THE SHE RIFF OF SHELBY COUNTY -- Greeting: WHEREAS, on the day of 20 , Judge of Court of General Sessions, in and for Shelby County, rendered a judgment in favor and against for the sum of dollars and cents, besides costs of suit; and afterwards, to-wit: on the day of 20 ,the aforesaid Judge issued an execution upon said judgment for the amount thereof and for costs; which said execution was placed in the hands of , for said County of Shelby, and was by him returned to the office of said Court of General Sessions, with the following levy and return indorsed thereon, to-wit: And thereupon the said Court of General Sessions filed the aforesaid execution, together with all the balance of the papers to said suit belonging, in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, as the law in such cases made and provided, directs. Whereupon, on the day of 20 , at the term, 20 , of said Circuit Court, judgment of condemnation was duly entered by said Court against the real estate so levied upon and described as aforesaid, and the same was ordered to be sold according to law. YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED, after giving due and legal notice thereof, that you proceed to sell according to law the aforesaid real estate for cash, to the highest bidder, and the proceeds of such sale have you before the Judge of our next Circuit Court, at the Court House, in the city of Memphis, on the Third Monday in next, ready to render unto the said plaintiff for debt of dollars and cents, aforesaid, together with all legal interest due thereon; and also for costs.
