BTXN 128 (rev. 11/11) United States Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Case Information Search Request The Court's Voice Case Information System (VCIS) is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The system can be reached by dialing 866-222-8029. VCIS can search for case information by bankruptcy case number, debtor's name or debtor's social security number. Once a case is located, the following information is provided: ­ debtor's name ­ presiding judge ­ date filed ­ date of discharge ­ case status ­ bankruptcy case number ­ chapter ­ availability of assets ­ date of closing ­ disposition of case ­ debtor's SSN or Tax ID# ­ trustee name ­ voluntary/involuntary filing ­ debtor's attorney's name & telephone # The Court's Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) System provides additional case information. To subscribe to this service, call 800-676-6856. There is a nominal fee for using this service. The Bankruptcy Clerk's Office is required to collect a $30.00 search fee for providing any bankruptcy case record information which is not on the above list. You may use the form below to request such information.
