Description
SC-2038 - STIPULATION AND ORDER TO ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) PROCESS. This is a Santa Barbara County Superior Court form used when parties agree to resolve a civil case through an ADR method instead of trial. The form allows selection of options such as non-binding judicial arbitration, mediation, binding arbitration, neutral evaluation, or a special master, depending on the amount in controversy. It also identifies the assigned neutral, scheduled ADR session date, and party representatives with authority to settle. The stipulation must be signed by all parties and approved by the court to become effective. CRC 3.894. CCP §§ 1141.12, 1775. www.FormsWorkflow.com
