SC-2029 - ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF SUMMONS OR CITATION. This is a Santa Barbara County Superior Court form used by the court to authorize service of legal documents by publication. Issued after review of an application and supporting declarations, this order permits a party to serve a summons, citation, or other notice through a newspaper of general circulation when the opposing party cannot be located.
