VN008 - APPLICATION FOR ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF SUMMONS, CITATION, OR STATEMENT OF DAMAGES. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, when a plaintiff or petitioner is unable to locate a defendant or respondent despite diligent efforts and seeks court approval to serve them by publication.
