JD-CV-116 - CASEFLOW REQUEST. This is a Connecticut Superior Court civil form used to request certain case management actions without filing a formal motion. Parties or attorneys may use this form to request events such as a status conference, pretrial conference, excusing a party from an event, or arranging for a client or adjuster to appear by telephone. The request must explain the reason for the action and be filed at least three days before the scheduled court date.
