OFFICIAL RECORDS ESCROW AGREEMENT. Instead of paying for each transaction individually, the customer deposits funds into a non-interest-bearing escrow account, which authorized users can draw upon to cover expenses such as recording documents or other official record services. The agreement sets forth the responsibilities of both the Clerk and the customer, including designating authorized users, maintaining account security, keeping sufficient funds available, and replenishing the account as needed.
