CCDR 0127 - ORDER TERMINATING CIVIL ELECTRONIC MONITORING. This form is issued by the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. This order applies in civil domestic relations cases—such as divorce, civil union, parentage, custody, visitation, or support—where a party (the “Contemnor”) was previously placed on electronic monitoring for contempt. The form documents compliance or noncompliance with the original monitoring order and may include findings of contempt, purge requirements, or jail commitment until compliance is achieved. The court may order termination of electronic monitoring, set bond or payment conditions through the State Disbursement Unit, and schedule future status hearings.
