MOTION TO QUASH GARNISHMENT / EXECUTION AND CLAIM EXEMPTION RIGHTS. This is a form used in Tennessee Circuit Courts, such as Knox County, to request the release or return of money or property that has been garnished or seized to satisfy a judgment. This motion is filed by the judgment debtor under the authority of Tennessee Code Annotated §§ 26-2-101 through 26-2-410, which protect certain types of income and property from collection.
