NOTICE OF PROPOSED AUCTIONEER COMPENSATION. This is a U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey form used when the court waives the standard application requirement for auctioneer fees under D.N.J. LBR 2014-2(b). The notice allows the auctioneer to report requested compensation and expenses that do not exceed the amounts previously estimated in the Certification of Professional filed at retention. It also informs interested parties of their right to object within 21 days by filing a written objection with the Clerk and serving it on the party identified in the notice.
