Description

DEBTOR’S ELECTRONIC BANKRUPTCY NOTICING REQUEST (DeBN). This is a U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey form that allows debtors to receive court-generated notices and orders electronically instead of by U.S. mail. Through the DeBN program, debtors can enroll for the first time, update an existing account, or deactivate electronic noticing. The form outlines important conditions, including limitations on what documents are delivered by email, automatic deactivation if messages bounce back, and the need to keep email information current. Each joint debtor must file a separate request. Once completed and signed, the form authorizes the Bankruptcy Noticing Center to send eligible notices to the designated email address under Bankruptcy Rule 9036. www.FormsWorkflow.com
