SC-5310VA - STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL NON-EVICTION (SMALL CLAIMS). This is a Wisconsin Circuit Court form used when parties agree to dismiss a non-eviction small claims case. The stipulation may include a payment agreement, where the defendant pays a specified amount on agreed terms; if the defendant misses a payment beyond the allowed grace period, the plaintiff may request the court to vacate the dismissal and enter a money judgment using Form SC-5420VA/VB. Parties may also record any additional negotiated terms. If either party fails to meet the agreement, they may file a declaration of noncompliance to resume the case.
