GJ719E - DUI SCREENING AND REFERRAL PROGRAM (DSARP). This form is used to inform individuals about the DUI Screening and Referral Program (DSARP), which is administered statewide in Delaware by Brandywine Counseling & Community Services (BCCS). The program is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have been ordered by a Delaware Court or the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles to participate. After a DUI conviction, individuals have 10 days to contact BCCS to schedule a screening, which involves a 90-minute interview with a trained screener. Within 5 to 10 business days after the screening, participants receive a referral for either education or treatment.
