This Delaware Justice of the Peace Court form lets a defendant respond to a complaint seeking enforcement of a foreign judgment. Defendants can either admit the claim (waiving trial) or request a trial limited to issues about the judgment’s validity and enforceability—not the merits of the original case. The form also provides an option (for debt actions) to request a Bill of Particulars and a checkbox to request an interpreter. Corporate or other artificial-entity defendants must have an attorney or a Form 50 designee sign the Answer.
