LBF J2 - CERTIFICATE RE: BDRP CONFERENCE. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland to report the outcome of a mediation or dispute resolution session conducted under the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program (BDRP). This form is completed and filed by the appointed mediator (Resolution Advocate) after the parties in an adversary proceeding or contested matter have participated in a BDRP session.
