Form H-1 - ORDER APPOINTING STANDBY GUARDIAN ADVOCATE OF THE PERSON. This form is a court order used in Seminole County, Florida, under the jurisdiction of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, to appoint a standby guardian advocate for an individual with a developmental disability. This order is issued after review of a Petition for Appointment of Standby Guardian Advocate and authorizes the standby guardian to assume duties upon the death, removal, or resignation of the current guardian advocate.
