SFCIV-019 - REQUEST FOR COURT REPORTING OR ELECTRONIC RECORDING. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, by parties who have been granted a fee waiver and wish to obtain a verbatim record of a trial court proceeding.
