Description
INVENTORY. This form is used in the Allen Superior Court Probate Division in Indiana to provide a detailed listing and valuation of all assets that have come into the possession or knowledge of a fiduciary—such as a personal representative, guardian, or trustee—following a decedent’s death or as part of an estate, trust, or guardianship proceeding. The form requires the fiduciary to list all real and personal property belonging to the estate, including real estate, household goods, crops, corporate stock, financial instruments, cash accounts, insurance proceeds payable to the estate, and any other miscellaneous personal property. Each asset must be itemized with its fair market value and any applicable liens or encumbrances. If necessary, disinterested appraisers may be employed to assist in determining asset values. The fiduciary must affirm the accuracy of the information under penalty of perjury. www.FormsWorkflow.com
