Description
Sup. Ct. 87 - CLERK’S JUDGMENT ON SISTER-STATE JUDGMENT. This is a San Joaquin County Superior Court form used to enter a California judgment based on a judgment issued in another state. Filed after an application for entry of judgment, this form records the amount owed, including unpaid principal, accrued interest, and filing fees. Once entered by the court clerk under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1710.25, the out-of-state judgment becomes enforceable in California. The form also notes that enforcement is automatically stayed for 30 days, allowing the debtor time to respond. Form Adopted for Optional Use. www.FormsWorkflow.com
