Description
Sup. Ct. 56 - DECLARATION OF EXEMPTION. This is a San Joaquin County Superior Court form used to identify civil cases that are exempt from certain local case management requirements. The declaration allows a party to certify that the case qualifies for exemption under Local Rule 3-102(A)(5), such as uninsured motorist claims or eminent domain actions. By filing this form, the party notifies the court that standard case processing rules do not apply. The declaration must be signed under penalty of perjury and becomes part of the case record.
