SUPCT ClV-120 - APPLICATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT ON SISTER-STATE JUDGMENT. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, to domesticate and enforce a judgment issued in another U.S. state. The form allows a judgment creditor to request entry of a California judgment based on an authenticated sister-state judgment. The applicant must provide details about the debtor, the originating court, the date of entry, the unpaid balance, accrued interest under the sister state’s law, and applicable filing fees. The form also allows the creditor to request immediate issuance of a writ of execution or other enforcement before notice of entry of judgment, if authorized by statute.
