JD-FM-263 - REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY AGREEMENT WITHOUT COURT APPEARANCE. This is a Connecticut Judicial Branch Superior Court form that allows parties in a family law case to ask the court to approve a temporary agreement on pending motions without requiring an in-person court appearance. The form is submitted with a signed written agreement and any required supporting documents, such as financial affidavits or a Connecticut Child Support and Arrearage Guidelines worksheet when applicable. By signing, the parties affirm that the agreement is fair, voluntary, and in the best interests of any children involved.
