JD-FM-245 - NOTICE OF REVOCATION NONADVERSARIAL DIVORCE (DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE). This form is used in the Connecticut Superior Court when one party withdraws consent from a joint petition for a nonadversarial (simplified) divorce. This form allows either petitioner to formally notify the court and the other party that they no longer wish to proceed under the streamlined divorce process. Once filed, the case is removed from the nonadversarial track and transferred to the regular family court docket, where standard divorce procedures apply.
