Forclosure Mediation Objection {JD-CV-95}

JD-CV-95 - FORECLOSURE MEDIATION -- OBJECTION. This form is used in the Connecticut Superior Court to object to a case being included in the Foreclosure Mediation Program or to challenge a specific motion, pleading, or procedure within that program. This form allows a party to state legal or factual reasons why mediation should not apply, such as the property not being a primary residence or the case not involving a qualifying mortgage.
