VN266 - RECORDS REQUEST FORM. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura to request court records. Individuals or agencies can use the form to obtain records from criminal, civil, family law, or small claims cases. It allows the requester to specify the type of document needed (e.g., charging documents, dispositions, sentencing orders, minute orders, judgments, custody/support orders, or entire case files) and whether certification is required.
