SC-5400VB - ORDER FOR JUDGMENT BASED ON NONCOMPLIANCE EVICTION (SMALL CLAIMS). This form is used in Wisconsin Circuit Court when a landlord (plaintiff) and tenant (defendant) previously entered into a stipulation for dismissal in an eviction case, but the defendant has not complied with the terms of that agreement.
