SC-5300VA - STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL EVICTION (SMALL CLAIMS). This is a Wisconsin Circuit Court form used when landlords and tenants mutually agree to dismiss an eviction action. The stipulation allows the parties to record agreements regarding move-out dates, payment plans, or other negotiated terms. If the tenant fails to meet these conditions—such as not vacating by the agreed date or missing scheduled payments—the landlord may request the court to vacate the dismissal and enter judgment for restitution of the premises, statutory costs, and issuance of a writ of restitution.
