PRE-TRIAL STATEMENT FOR CHANGING COURT ORDERS ABOUT LEGAL DECISION-MAKING OR PARENTING TIME. This form is used in Coconino County Superior Court by parties involved in family law cases to prepare for an upcoming hearing or trial where modifications to existing court orders regarding legal decision-making and/or parenting time are being sought. It allows the Petitioner and/or Respondent to identify the minor children involved, list witnesses they plan to call (including expert witnesses), describe the evidence they intend to present, and raise any objections to the other party’s witnesses or exhibits.
