SDSC CIV-315 - REQUEST FOR CLERK’S CERTIFICATE RE: COSTS AND CERTIFICATION. This form is used after a Writ of Execution has been issued and a Memorandum of Costs has been filed claiming additional post-judgment enforcement costs. If the time to tax those costs has expired without objection, the judgment creditor may request that the clerk certify the additional costs under Code of Civil Procedure section 685.090.
