RI-ADR004 - STIPULATION RE FEE FOR ONGOING SERVICES FOR COURT-ORDERED MEDIATION. This is a Riverside County Superior Court form used when parties agree to compensate a mediator for services beyond the initial three (3) hours of court-ordered mediation provided at no cost. Pursuant to Local Rule, Title 3, Division 2, mediators on the Civil Mediation Panel provide the first three hours free of charge. This form allows the parties and mediator to document the agreed hourly rate or flat fee for additional time and specify how payment will be allocated among the parties.
