RI-ADR13 - COLLECTIONS MANDATORY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE STATEMENT. This is a Riverside County Superior Court form required for collections cases set for a Mandatory Settlement Conference (MSC). The form must be completed and brought—along with supporting documents—to the conference, but it is not filed with the court. Plaintiffs provide a breakdown of the alleged debt, including principal, interest, fees, and payment history, and outline settlement proposals such as reduced balances or installment plans. Defendants disclose defenses, bankruptcy status (if applicable), payment history, and proposed settlement terms.
