Instruction No 1 4.10 [1980 Revision] Damages--Ejectment If you find in favor of plaintiff, then you must award plaintiff such sum as you may find from the evidence [to be the difference between the fair market value of the property before it was damaged and its fair market value after it was damaged] [ (plus such sum as you may find from the evidence) will fairly and justly compensate plaintiff for the loss of rents and profits from the date defendant received notice of plaintiff's right to possession to the date of your verdict] [will fairly and justly compensate plaintiff for deprivation of possession of the property from the date defendant had notice of plaintiff's claim to possession to the date of your verdict]. [You must also state separately in your verdict such sum as you reasonably find to be the monthly value of the rents and profits from the property at the time of your verdict.]
