You are hereby advised that under the laws of Texas, the Court determines the terms and conditions of your probation. In fact, if you do not follow rules set forth by this department and Juvenile Probation Officer, the court can modify and/or revoke your probation. I will submit myself to random urine surveillance as directed to wit: a minimum of 1 TIME per month as instructed by my Probation Officer. I will permit the Probation Officer to visit me at home or elsewhere upon the Probation Officer's discretion.
