PRAECIPE FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION. This form is used in the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, Civil Division, to request the issuance of a writ of execution under Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 3251. This filing directs the Sheriff to enforce a civil judgment by levying property belonging to the judgment debtor (defendant) or a garnishee. The form identifies the case number, amount due, interest, attorney’s fees, and property subject to execution—whether real or personal. It can also establish a lis pendens against real estate owned by the defendant.
