PRAECIPE FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION UPON A CONFESSED JUDGMENT. This is a civil enforcement form used in the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. It authorizes the Clerk of Judicial Records to issue a writ of execution directing the county sheriff to levy or seize property belonging to a defendant following the entry of a confessed judgment. The form specifies the amount due, interest, attorney’s fees, and costs, and identifies any real or personal property or garnishees to be included.
