LL-25 - STATEMENT BY FOREIGN LENDING INSTITUTION OF ADDRESS OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS TO WHICH NOTICE OR PROCESS MAY BE SENT (For filing with the California Secretary of State pursuant to California Corporations Code section 2104.). Any foreign lending institution which has not qualified to do business in California and which engages in any of the activities set forth in California Corporations Code section 191(d) is considered by such activities to have appointed the California Secretary of State as its agent for service of process for any action arising out of any such activities, and, on or before June 30th of each year, must file this Statement showing the address to which any notice or process may be sent in the manner and with the effect provided in California Corporations Code section 2111. (California Corporations Code section 2104.) The California Secretary of State will not advise the foreign lending institution of this annual filing requirement.
