An Election to Take Elective Share has been timely filed by the decedent's surviving spouse, or by a person authorized by law to file that election on behalf of the surviving spouse; 2. Notice of this Election has been served by the personal representative on all interested persons and proof of that service has been filed; 3. No timely objection to this Election has been filed by any interested person; and 4.
