COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION ORDER DETERMINING EXEMPT PROPERTY (Children of Decedent; No Surviving Spouse) On the petition of for an order determining exempt property, the court finding that all interested persons have been served proper notice of the petition and hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true; that the decedent was domiciled in that (is)the child (chil of the decedent and entitled to the following property, in equal shares unless specified: is (are) the ITEM VALUE RECIPIENT County, Florida, at the time of death; and as exempt property under the provisions of Florida Statutes Section 732.402; it is ADJUDGED that under the provisions of Section 732.402, subject to any perfected security interests therein; ADJUDGED FURTHER that the personal representative of this estate is directed to surrender the exempt property to the decedent's child/children, and, upon compliance with this order, is released from further responsibility for the exempt property.
