CSD 1186 - REQUEST FOR HEARING ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY AND NOTICE OF HEARING. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California, for a party in interest to request a hearing on a motion for relief from automatic stay. The form also serves as a notice of hearing to the opposing party. The requesting party notifies the opposing party that they object to the motion for relief from automatic stay and specifies whether the respondent is the debtor, United States Trustee, trustee, creditor, or other party. If not personally served, the opposing party will have 14 days to serve and file such opposition as provided by FRBP 9006(f).
