MC 94 - NOTICE OF JUDGMENT LIEN. This form is used to provide notice of a judgment lien against a judgment debtor's current or future interest in real property. The form includes information about the judgment creditor, judgment debtor, the amount of the judgment, the date the judgment was entered, and the expiration date of the judgment lien. The judgment creditor or their attorney must sign the form, and a certificate of service or nonservice must be completed to verify that the notice has been served to the judgment debtor.
