Termination Of Separation Agreement

TERMINATION OF SEPARATION AGREEMENT On (month & day), (year), this agreement was made between (wife) residing at and (husband) residing at . RECITALS: A. On , , the above parties were married in . B. On , , the above parties separated and have been living apart ever since. C. On , , the above parties agreed on separation terms, and both have lived according to these terms. D. The above parties have now reco nciled their differences and have agreed to terminate the separation. SECTION ONE The husband and wife will live in the same house, and all terms of their marriage shall resume. SECTION TWO Termination of Separation Agreement On , , both parties agree that all terms of the previous separation shall cease.
