United States Bankruptcy CourtDistrict of ConnecticutIn re: Debtor* Case Number: Chapter: 11 ORDER GRANTING REORGANIZED DEBTOR'S MOTION FOR FINAL DECREE CLOSING CASE Upon consideration of the Reorganized Debtor's Motion for an Order for Final Decree Closing its Chapter 11Case (the "Motion", ECF No. ); the Court having jurisdiction to consider the Motion and the relief requestedtherein pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 247247 157 and 1334; upon consideration of the Motion and the relief requested thereinbeing a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 247 157(b); upon venue being proper before this Court pursuant to 28U.S.C. 247247 1408 and 1409; the Court having determined that the legal and factual bases set forth in the Motionestablish cause of the relief granted herein; it appearing that the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interest ofthe Reorganized Debtor(s) and its estate(s) and creditors; and upon the proceedings before the Court and after duedeliberation and sufficient cause appearing; and after notice and a hearing, see 11 U.S.C. 247 102(1); it is herebyORDERED: The Motion is granted; and it is furtherORDERED: The Chapter 11 Case is hereby closed for all purposes (including for purposes of calculating U.S.Trustee fees) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 247 350(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3022, and a final decree ishereby granted for the Chapter 11 Case; and it is furtherORDERED: The Reorganized Debtor(s) are not required to file with the Court or serve on the U.S. Trustee aFinal Report; and it is furtherORDERED: This Order shall be immediately effective and enforceable upon its entry without any stay of itseffectiveness; and it is furtherORDERED: This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to theimplementation of this Order, including to hear and determine all matters relating to the Chapter 11 Case and thePlan, without prejudice to the Reorganized Debtors' right to reopen the above-named Chapter 11 Case pursuant to 11U.S.C. 247 350(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
