United States Bankruptcy CourtDistrict of ConnecticutIn re: Debtor* Case Number: Chapter: Movant(s)v.Respondent(s) ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY AND ORDER GRANTINGIN REM RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAYUpon the Motion for Relief from Stay dated (the "Motion", ECF No. ), filed by (the "Movant"), after notice and a hearing, see 11 U.S.C. 247 102(1), and in accordance with 11U.S.C. 247362(d)(1) and (2); it is hereby ORDERED: The automatic stay provided in 11 U.S.C. 247 362(a) is modified pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 247362(d)(1) and (2) to permit the Movant and/or their successors and assignees, to exercise their rights, if any, withrespect to real property commonly known as , in accordance withapplicable non-bankruptcy law; and it is further ORDERED: The Movant is granted in rem relief from the automatic stay as to the real propertycommonly known as (the "Property"), based upon the findings that theMovant's claim is secured by an interest in the Property, and that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 247 362(d)(4), the filing of theDebtor's petition was part of a scheme to delay, hinder, or defraud creditors that involved multiple bankruptcy filingsaffecting the Property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 247 364(d)(4)(B); and it is further ORDERED: In accordance with 11 U.S.C. 247 362(d)(4), if this Order is recorded in compliance withapplicable State laws governing notices of interests or liens in real property, this Order shall be binding in any othercase under this title purporting to affect such real property filed not later than two years after the date of the entry ofthis Order, except that the Debtor in a subsequent case under this title may move for relief from this Order based uponchanged circumstances or for good cause shown, after notice and hearing, see 11 U.S.C. 247 102(1). Any Federal, Stateor local governmental unit that accepts notices of interests or liens in real property shall accept a certified copy of thisOrder for indexing and recording.
