I have an interest in jointly owned assets located in the safe deposit box that is in the sole name of the decedent. The following assets, stocks, bonds, annuities or certificates of deposit are located in the safe deposit box solely owned by the decedent. (List assets and explain the basis for claim of ownership .) Wherefore the petitioner requests that the court: 1) issue an order to open the decedent's safe deposit box to obtain an inventory of its contents by a bank officer, and 2) after review of the inventory, issue an order authorizing the removal of the above-referenced items from thedecedent222s safe deposit box.
